Calm Healing

Hello

Hello, my name is Jeanette and I am the director of CALM Healing.  As a holistic confidence coach who empowers girls and women through somatic work and NLP, my mission is to transform the lives of those who have suffered, into prosperous new beginnings.

For 16 years I was in a stressful teaching job that I loved, but as a people pleaser, I did more and more until my body broke! A major spinal injury that impacted how I stood, moved and my ability to control my limbs. Add to this the mental strain of coming out of a narcissistic abusive relationship, I knew I had to heal physically and mentally, finally facing old wounds that were causing me to repeat destructive patterns.

After studying breathwork, meditation, NLP, coaching strategies and somatic practices, I was able to heal my own body without the need for surgery and become happier than I had been in years.

I had become a teacher to make a difference in young people’s lives and I am continuing to fulfill that purpose by helping young girls and women overcome anxiety, doubt and low self esteem to believe in themselves. I am guiding women to feel empowered after experiencing narcissistic abuse, transforming them from a familiar hell to an unfamiliar heaven. Our brain is amazing at repeating patterns that it knows we have survived before, but this sometimes means we are trapped surviving rather than thriving. With simple, consistent techniques we can rewrite the script your mind is reciting, so that your story has a happy ending.

If you are worried about your daughter being a perfectionist, anxiety becoming overwhelming, constant stress and burnout or want to feel more in control, validated and heard then you are in the right place. My mission at Calm Healing is to empower young girls and women who have experienced emotional abuse and bullying. I help women overcome and heal from burnout, self doubt and limiting beliefs to live a full, rich and calm life.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift; that’s why it’s called the present!
