Anxiety and unresolved emotional experiences can leave your body in a constant state of tension and alert. Even when you try to relax, it can feel difficult to switch off or fully settle.


At Calm Healing, our 1:1 personalised breathwork sessions combine breathwork and somatic practices to gently support you in calming your nervous system, processing stored stress, and reconnecting with a sense of safety and control.

Regulate Anxiety Through Breath
Your breath directly influences how your body responds to stress.
Through carefully guided breathwork techniques, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and shift out of “fight or flight.” These practices help create a sense of steadiness and control—both during the session and in your daily life.


Release Stored Tension with Somatic Practices
Stress and trauma are often held in the body, not just the mind.
Through gentle somatic practices, you’ll be guided to tune into physical sensations, safely release stored tension, and support your body in coming out of survival mode. This helps restore a natural sense of grounding, presence, and internal safety.


Gently Support Trauma Recovery
Breathwork and somatic awareness together create a powerful, body-based approach to healing.
Sessions are designed to support gradual, safe processing—without overwhelm—allowing your body to begin letting go of what it has been holding onto, at a pace that feels right for you.
