Cancellation Policy

These Life Coaching Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between CALM Healing and clients engaging in coaching services. By booking or participating, clients accept the terms governing all sessions, programmes, and interactions. Life coaching is a collaborative, goal-focused process aimed at personal growth, mindset, and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and CALM Healing does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Services are available to individuals aged 18 or over, or to parents/guardians consenting on behalf of a child. Clients are expected to attend sessions punctually, engage openly, and take responsibility for applying what is discussed. Outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on individual commitment. Clients must disclose any ongoing medical or mental health support. Coaching may be paused or declined if deemed unsuitable, particularly where additional clinical support is required. Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance, with packages used within agreed timeframes. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; late cancellations or missed sessions are typically non-refundable. Late attendance does not extend session time. All information shared during sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or there is a risk of harm. Personal data is handled in line with UK GDPR and used solely for service delivery. All coaching materials remain the intellectual property of CALM Healing and cannot be reproduced without permission. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, and CALM Healing is not responsible for outcomes resulting from client decisions. Services may be terminated if terms are breached, behaviour is inappropriate, or coaching is no longer suitable. Terms may be updated periodically and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
