Cancellation Policy

Calm Healing’s Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coaching Policy outlines how services are delivered in a safe, supportive, and professional environment. The coaching is designed to help individuals rebuild confidence, identity, and emotional resilience after narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships using a trauma-informed approach. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment and does not replace support from qualified healthcare professionals. Clients must be aged 18 or over and willing to take responsibility for their own growth, wellbeing, and participation. While sessions are designed to be supportive and empowering, discussing past experiences may feel emotionally activating, and clients are encouraged to work at their own pace. Clients are expected to engage openly, apply tools and strategies where appropriate, and communicate their needs and boundaries. Emotional responses may arise during sessions, and clients remain responsible for their own wellbeing throughout the process. All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, and missed sessions may be non-refundable. Sessions begin and end at scheduled times, and late arrivals do not extend session length. All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or there is a risk of harm. Professional boundaries are maintained at all times, and coaching does not include crisis or emergency support. Calm Healing reserves the right to pause or terminate services if coaching is deemed unsuitable or if the policy is breached. While every effort is made to support clients effectively, outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions.
